Shipping Policy Domestic Orders
  • All domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier services.
  • If the item is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
  • International orders are usually delivered within 3–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, shipping may take longer.
Delivery Process
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may:
  • Leave the parcel in a safe location (if permitted),
  • Attempt delivery at a later time, or
  • Provide instructions for collection from a local depot.
  • If you miss your delivery, please use your tracking number to contact the courier directly.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Customs & Import Fees
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Out-of-Stock Items
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
