We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a
7 working day return & refund period from the date you receive your order. To arrange a return, please contact us at

- Return Conditions:The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and uninstalled.
- Returns are only accepted in the original packaging with all included accessories (cables, manuals, warranty card, etc.).
- Please note: we do not accept returns on software, as well as opened headphones, earphones, or headsets for hygiene reasons.
- Shipping:The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We strongly recommend sending your return via tracked or registered mail, as the customer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
- Refunds:Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly process your refund.
- Please note we do not offer exchanges — if you need a different product, you can place a new order.
